Tresspasing charge at Sears?

Hey guys Couple of my freinds were in sears last weekend they were mixing and matching stuff from the liquidation stuff like bedding shams and blinds and everything the bag didnt say how many peices so they didnt know they picked up couple things put it in same bag and came to counter paid the bill and stepped out then they saw cops and sears securtiy manager they took them inside the office said u r caught shoplifting even though they weren't Cops looked at videos they said they were not shoplifting they didnt charge and they didnt take that case cops left but the manager guy gave them tresspasing charge and said the letter wil be sent soon to pay for the damages the time of staff bloah blah WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSE TO DO WHAT ABT THE CREDIT HOW IS IT??????/
