Humans have a telepathic connection with each-other?

We respond to non verbal clues without realizing what is going on. I hear about a study where interviewers purposely refused to mirror the body language of student interviewees and the interviewees didn't know why, but they thought the interviews went horribly. When the interviewers mirrored the body language of the interviewees, the students suddenly had very good feelings about the interviews and found the interviewers friendly. They didn't know why.
