What are your thoughts on dementia?

Theres a fine line between psychosis and telepathy. Telepathy is real but so is the primary. Once telepathy has faded from the mind, she is left psychotic still convinced she is telepathic. In both cases the individual is disturbed and needs help. My wife is in a psych hospital now. Shes been there 3 weeks. She is comminicating on another plane but is also psychotic. Its rough. One has to let both go and come back to societies "reality"
