Can regular siblings be telepathic like twins?

i think regular siblings can be telepathic because this happens to me and my little sister ALL of the time and im 16 and she is 13. its sooo weird because we say they same things, act the same, and when i start singing a song she says where did u hear that and i say i just thot of it then she says i was thinking of that song. Ohh and we always win games like pictionary and taboo cuz we always kno what we r talking about. Also sometimes we just talk very little about something, but we kno what the other is saying. like "remember when that girl did that one thing" and she says "omg yeahh i remember, then she" me: "yeahh that was sooo funny". it does freak me out at time but i think it is cool.
