Telepathy, grounding, spirits, auras, and more...?

ok so i grounded a few minutes ago... it feels amazingggg!!! i luv grounding! it makes me feel so calm and protected. do you ground? also, do you believe in telepathy? comunication with people through your mind? i do. my friends just figured out how to do it and they say i should be able to do it easily. after i grounded a few mins ago i attempted to send a telepathic message to my one friend. then i grounded again, an attempted to send a message to my other friend. i grounded one more time and attempted to send another message to the lat friend i tried to send a message to. i told her to text me if she could hear me. she hasnt texted me. do you use telepethy? does it come easily? also, i can feel when a spirit is present. i can figure out what they look like, and their story. also, i can see auras. i can also see energy sometimes. do you do any of this? do you believe in it? do you have any stories to share? i believe the human mind is capable of so much, it just depends on who figures out they have the power to do things as amazing as this.
