Pros and Cons of communicating through telepathic powers?

Telepathy, telekinesis, talking to the dead etc etc are unproven. Nobody has EVER been able to produce these effects under controlled conditions. People believe what they want to believe. This belongs in the pseudo scientific nonsense corner together with homeopathy and astrology.
