Is this idea possible? Need help?

I've been thinking about this idea resently, an idea that would allow skills such as water, earth, and air bending. The myth is that if someone was able to reach 100 percent brainpower a telepathic state and power would be opened. Why couldn't this state be used to concintrate that energy to bend elements. Though i know fire bending sould be impossible considering that it is impossible to shoot fire out of your hands. I know it sounds crazy but I'm sure 300 years ago people didn't think flying was possible. Since is always changing in new ways. So what do you all think of this idea? Any ideas on how to reach 100 percent brainpower?
