I saw an angel last night? What should I do? Gave me the shock of my life!?

I was trying to astral project im 16 years old and while i had my eyes shut, an image of an angel flying towards me with its hand reached out appeared without me thinking of it it gave me the shock of my life I was the most scared I have ever been in my life. I opened my eyes and my body felt all light and numb as soon as i opened them and my heart nearly jumped out my chest.... Does anyone know what it is? Could it of possessed me? In the vision its hand got close, right up to my face the I opened my eyes... The angel was a male with white wings it was flashing white with a staff and a halo.... Anyone know what it is??
