Sounds cool! Don't forget, though, that it can be hard to keep track of tons of characters in a novel. Is one of them going to be the main protagonist? It's good to focus more on a single character when they have tons of twisty details about their lives. (If you've ever read the Sookie Stackhouse series, you'll understand what I mean).
