I am going to have a second teaching job interview, but this time with the superintendent. ?

My first interview went great. There were 2 Spanish teachers, an assitant principal, and a principal. My question is...what usually takes place the 2 time around when a superintendent interviews you for the job? Is it more intense than the 1st interview? Does a superintendent join the previous staff and they ask questions along with the superintendent yet again? Any feedback would truly help! Thank you!!!
