How do we create psychic links?

I've heard that it is possible to create psychic links in an instant by entering a person's auric field and send telepathic messages. I would like to get the details as to how it is done. I think there are many ways, and one is by getting close to the other person's head, esp back of the head. What is done mentally during the process? Thanks in appreciation.
