Careerbuilder.com staffing agencies?

Has anyone applied on careerbuilder.com or monster.com to something posted by a staffing agency, for example, OfficeTeam? Is it trustworthy, because I'm finding all kinds of positions I'm looking for, but they are posted by staffing companies, and I've never applied through one of them.
